| The sharpest problem of oil and gas extraction branch became failures
oil and gas pipelines. On data from Goctechnadzor of Russia it is annually registered
about 50 thousand infringements of tightness and breaks of pipes. The reason - internal
corrosion in conditions very much an excited environment - encroached primary oil
and passing gases.
Many oil companies have organized manufactures on a corrosion-resistant coating of pipes. These manufactures supply equipment of pipes by an external and internal polymeric covering of pipes, except for its{her} ends. Thus the question of protection of an internal surface of zones of welding of joints has no satisfactory decision. In the circumstances, manufactures on equipment of pipes by sheetings recently are compelled to stand idle for the lack of orders. Scientific and design divisions conduct intensive search of simple ways and devices for reliable and qualitative protection of internal surfaces of zones of welded joints of oil and gas pipelines.
